Mortgage Administrator:

Purpose of role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join
our mortgage and protection brokerage company based in Tower
Hill London. This will be a full-time role.
The role of Mortgage Administrator will involve providing
administration support to the mortgage advisers, managing the
cases accurately within prescribed timescales and focusing on
delivering excellent customer service at all times.
The role also provides potential for progression as the brokerage
grows and develops.


. Progress mortgages through to legal completion.
. Liaise with Mortgage Advisers to ensure appraisal on the
progress of mortgage cases and resolving any queries arising.
. Monitoring client emails, account management of repeat
. Act as the first point of contact for queries from clients, lenders,
and conveyancers.
. General office administration duties such as filing, scanning,
photocopying and answering the telephone.
. Occasional finance administration duties.
. Support with marketing activities as required.
. Updating and maintaining systems and files.

. Working with advisers to ensure all activities meeting
compliance and regulatory requirements.

Experience and qualifications

. Proven administration experience within a mortgage or
financial services environment. A minimum of 2 years’
experience is required.
. Excellent communication and customer services skills.
. Excellent computer skills including database set-up and
maintenance, Microsoft office including excel and word.

Other information
. Salary, negotiable depending on experience. Starting at
£25,000 gross per annum.
. The hours are negotiable for the right person.
. Office hours 9am-6pm with an hour of unpaid break.
. Office based position at our Tower Hill offices.

Mortgage Adviser:

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for full-time Mortgage Adviser in an employed role to work at our Rainham, Essex office by assisting the office team in Mortgage case processing & client support.We are independent & specialist Mortgage brokers directly authorised by the FCA. Please check our website The Mortgage Adviser role offers a standard basic salary, competitive commission, on the job training and benefits packages which will suit somebody who is willing to explore an opportunity in an extremely varied and technologically advanced mortgage brokerage farm, with excellent scope to progress in the future.

The Mortgage Adviser’s duties will be:
. Liaise directly with product providers, lenders, advisers and solicitors.
. Managing cases from initial application to completion, ensuring the client/s and all other
relevant parties are kept fully informed.
. Answering all customer and third party queries.
. Assist senior management and the Board of Directors with ad hoc duties as and when
. Providing IT support to our clients (training will be provided for this task).
. Any additional tasks identified by the Office Manager commensurate with experience.

The Mortgage Adviser must have the following skills:
. Good interpersonal skills, ie. must be a team player
. Excellent communication skills, confident in talking to people at all levels of seniority
. Experience working in a busy environment, ideally working in a busy mortgage farm.
. Ability to build rapport and have an enthusiastic sales approach
. Ability to multi-task
. Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
. Motivated working towards KPIs & targets
. Ability to meet deadlines
. Attention to detail
. Ability to work on their own when required.
. CeMap Qualification or above.
. Desire to be TOP EARNER

. Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word necessary
. 2 years experience in UK Mortgage Industry

Salary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year + uncapped commission (OTE £65,000+)

We are independent & specialist Mortgage brokers and we will only accept competent advisers. We are offering employed position on basic+ commissions.

We will provide mortgage leads hence own client base is not essential. Market leading Mortgage Magic™ CRM system is provided with the position.

Your realistic OTE between £50,000-£80,000 per annum.
